The short film Phone Box, written by Angelo Eidse, has started production today in London's east end. The film stars Hayley Carmichael, Geoffrey Breton and TJ Nelson. Cinematography by Oliver Ford and directed by Alan Powell. Casting by Annie Rowe. Film score will be composed by award winning composer Nina Humphreys (Hunderby, Blue Murder, Sword of Honour).
The film was originally slated for a Canadian shoot in 2010 but was postponed. "Changing the location to London, England and setting it inside the iconic red phone box gave the film more context and textures" says Alan Powell, the films director adding "I'm really looking forward to this one."
