Awaking the actors' super power

The personal connection we have to scripted material can often be linked to our own lived experiences which can be triggering. If we are not in a trusting space or feel we have the inner resources to support ourselves, certain emotions can be 'off limits' making it challenging for a robust character portrayal.

What You'll Get
In this experiential/interactive workshop using mind, body, breath & imagination you will build a brave and trusting space for yourself that supports resilience and boundaries before and after stepping into the emotional life of a character.

Workshop Objectives

Practice 5 strategies
to create a brave
 space for character work:

1.

Become more present with a Self Compassion Check-In

3.

(for educators)
